01Who we are
Pages, by The Jazz Passport (TJP), gives each musician a site of their own and Studio to run it. The domains tjp.app and page.tjp.app, and the sites on them, are run by:
- Owner: Joan Subirats Llaveria
- Tax ID (NIF): 47937839D
- Address: Avinguda Catalunya 4, 2n 2a, 43540 La Ràpita (Tarragona), Spain
- Email: hello@tjp.app
02Your account
To create an account you need an invitation and to be at least 16. Give a real email and keep your password safe: what is done with your account is your responsibility.
03Your content
What you publish is yours. You allow us to store it, fit it to the design and show it on your site and your previews, only to provide the service and while you keep it published.
Publish only what you have the right to: your own photos, music, texts and logos, or ones you have permission for. You are responsible for your site and what it says.
04What is not allowed
- Passing yourself off as another person, artist or brand.
- Phishing, spam, malware or any kind of deception.
- Illegal content, content that incites hatred, or content that infringes others’ rights.
- Forcing, overloading or trying to get around the service’s security.
05Plans and price
During the beta we assign the plans and nothing is charged. If there are paid plans one day, we will announce them in advance and never charge you without your agreement.
06The service
We do our best for TJP to work well and never to lose your content, but in beta there may be bugs, changes and downtime. We offer it as it is, with no warranties beyond those the law requires, and we are not liable for indirect damage except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
07Leaving
You can delete your account at any time in Studio’s Settings. We may suspend an account or a site that breaks these terms; except in an emergency, we will tell you first and say why.
08Changes
If we change anything important in these terms, we will email you before it applies. If you do not agree, you can leave.
09Applicable law
Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights the law of your country of residence gives you and can go to its courts.
